Technique Challenge with Just Us Girls!

Hellooooooo, FRIENDS!  I am delighted to be presenting you with a little
creation for Just Us Girls, complete with a FANTASTIC technique, some
brand NEW stamps for Wplus9 Design Studio, and a SPONSOR to bring
on the EXTRA fun, for your enjoyment and with your participation....

That's RIGHT, my friends - it's a FANTASTIC time to play along with
Just Us Girls!  {But WHEN is it not?  LOL} We're FUN!!!!!

WHO doesn't L-O-V-E graduating color!  Yum, yum!  Inspiration is EVERYWHERE!!!

As ALWAYS, we have some STELLAR examples from the lovely designy babes of
Just Us Girls...  I hope you'll check out their FANTASTIC work this week!  And don't
forget our NEWEST JugHead...   Lovely Miss NANCY!  We are DELIGHTED to have
Nancy Leppek join our darling team...  I didn't get to welcome her properly, last week,
as I was {sniff*sniff} unable to play along, but THIS week, I'm THRILLED to be inspired
by her beautiful creations!  If you haven't already, I hope you'll give her some love!

I love gradients of color - so THIS technique was RIGHT up my alley!
I applied color to strips of coated, white card stock, in three different color
combos, to compliment some juicy designer paper from Crate Paper, and
provide, just the RIGHT backdrop, for some new stamps and dies from
Wplus9 Design Studio!  YIPEEEE!  In case you missed the fun, Dawn has
already shared the details, AND FABULOUS samples, on her blog, plus
{Each of the design team will be unveiling THEIR samples through this
month and into May!  Check out Dawn's blog for all of the details!}

Anywhoo, once I created my graduated stips, with three shade of some gorgeous colors,
sponged onto coated strips of white card stock, I cut them to fit the desired panel, taped
them together and then ran them through my die cut machine with these cutie patootie
cloud dies {Wplus9 Design Studio} to REMOVE cloud shapes.  Then, the same die was
used on white card stock to cut the same shapes, and then they were fit into the negative
shape and taped in from the back side....  {LOVE that LOOK!  Yum-O!}

I loved using the gradient look to create a super pleasing background
for this darling stamp and coordinating sentiment!   LOVE it when
beautiful materials do the heavy lifting, and all I have to do is craft a
lil', then sit back and ENJOY!   Yipeeeee!

There's just TOO much fun to be had, with this week's challenge!
As an added incentive and SPECIAL treat, we have a WONDERFUL
sponsor to up the FUN-factor of this week!  I hope you'll check out,
Dare2BArtzy!  Darling, Cindy, is offering the STAMP SET of your
CHOOSING, to one person from this week's challenge!
Isn't that HUGE!  We are SO grateful to Cindy, and Dare 2B Artzy!

Dare 2B Artzy is an unique, inspiring, and contemporary line of clear stamps
for the use of card making and scrapbooking. Along with the many stamp
designs already created, customizable stamps are also available upon request.

I'm positively honored and humbled, by your continued interest
and support.  Life can easily make crafting take a WAY back seat,
but it's sooooo important, that we partake, when ever possible!

I'm THRILLED to be sharing the fun with Just Us Girls, this week...

Hope YOU will do the same!
