Time to get yer PATTERN on!

For terrific BLOG CANDY & fun, check out MY Just Us Girls post, here!

Time for ANOTHER fabulous sketch from those AMAZING sketch-masters,
CARD PATTERNS! We're sponsored by a lovely company this week, My Craft Spot,
and our samples are showin' off the fun & possibility of beautifully prepared
seam bias and flawlessly colored baker's twine {*Swoon!*}...
In a few words: WE HAD FUN!

Check out our beautiful sketch for this week's challenge!
I can't wait to see what YOU do with it! Let's PLAY!

To say the beautiful hand dyed, vintage crinkly ribbon AND this beautiful
sketch inspired me, is an understatement! What a SUPER combo!

I was so smitten by these FABULOUS textiles, I made this flower
by stitching two lengths of of crinkle ribbon, to make a wider strip,
stitched the end together to form a cuff, and then did a running
stitch along the bottom, pulled, to make the bigger layer.
I, then, repeated with a single length of ribbon, layered them,
and THIS flower was born!

I attached some exquisitely dyed baker's twine, to a punched card stock circle
and twirled like a LOLLIPOP - mmmmmmmm, hmmmmmmm! Floral FUN!

Check out what the CARD PATTERNS girls did with
their My Craft Spot loot! Inspiration for ALL!

I HOPE you are inspired to play with us and maybe even WIN some
glorious, vintage craft bounty! Thanks, for stopping by!
